So before you create your first page here at 2ip.com, please be sure you have read, and understood, these Terms and Conditions. Members who do not follow rules and regulations are subject to their entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior notice. The interpretation of these guidelines is at the sole discretion of 2ip.com:

2ip.com provides 100MB of free web space without putting any advertisements in any of our ACTIVE member's website pages. YES! THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! By ACTIVE, it is required for members to login to the control panel at least once a day to check their website's stats, check emails, write blogs, update website, etc. If a member did not login for that day, our system will place a Google AdSense on the member's pages until the member has successfully logged to their account.
You must provide a valid email address;
2ip.com is not responsible for the content of any personal home page, nor do the opinions or ideas expressed in user-generated web pages necessarily reflect those of 2ip.com. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored in any way before they appear on 2ip.com;
2ip.com reserves the right to restrict access to our servers from areas of the globe with a high level of abusive activity. These areas change periodically based on the origins of this inappropriate activity. The current restriction applies to Romania, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
You may not use your web space to provide material, or links to material, that is grossly offensive to the Web community. This includes:
1. Blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity;

You may not use your web space for 'data warehousing' ; that is, using our space as storage for large files which are only linked from other sites;
1. The following list of file types are the only file types permitted on 2ip.com members sites. All other file types are not permitted: arj, art, asc, asp, au, bas, bmp, c, class, css, cur, dat, doc, exe, fon, gif, htm, html, ico, inf, jar, java, jpe, jpeg, jpg, js, kar, map, mid, midi, pas, png, psd, rtf, sgm, sgml, shtml, snd, swf, tab, ttf, txt, url, vrml, wav, wml, wmls, wrl, xml, zip;
  Any other files located by 2ip.com will be automatically deleted.
2. The maximum upload file size is 1MB. The limit for jpegs is 1 MB, for gifs is 1MB and for HTML or Text files is 0.5MB.
You may not use unsolicited email to promote your site;
2ip.com reserves the right to block or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior by the webmaster towards 2ip.com, its staff or its users, which has been validated on public or private forums;
You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content;
By joining 2ip.com you automatically receive our 2ip.com E-News newsletter and occasional special promotions. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by following the given instructions within the newsletter.
By submitting a web page to 2ip.com or any other web page hosting service on The 2ip.com Network, you grant 2ip.com a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated Content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within the 2ip.com Network. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
